2. Orders and Payment
By placing an order on our site, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information. All prices are listed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and are inclusive of sales tax. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product availability.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship only within the borders of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Orders are typically delivered within 2-4 business days. Additional shipping fees may apply and will be clarified at checkout. The customer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address, and any costs resulting from incorrect addresses will be borne by the customer.
4. Returns and Warranty
Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition and original packaging. All Casio watches sold on our site are covered by a one-year official agent warranty against manufacturing defects.
